Addy Andrade is a Client Service Representative with Martin J. Wolff & Co. She has over 13 years of administrative and financial experience in the Insurance industry. Her responsibilities include maintaining account payable and receivable ledgers, providing administrative support by processing life and individual Insurance applications, and ordering medical exams and attending physician’s statements. She communicates daily with various insurance companies to assist with the underwriting process for all our Life and Health clients.
Addy started with Martin J. Wolff & Co. while she was still in High School by working for the company during her summer vacations. After graduating from Santa Monica College she returned to Martin J. Wolff & Co. and has been with the company ever since. Married since 1999 to Edison Andrade she has two beautiful daughters, Isabella and Sophia. She is very happy to be a part of the Martin J. Wolff & Co. team.
Katie Barnett serves as the receptionist and the “first impression” of Martin J Wolff & Co. A recent New York University graduate, Katie majored in Political Science and minored in Law. She is also a former National Merit Scholar. HealthCare has always been her lifelong ambition.

Client Relations Manager for Martin J. Wolff & Co.
Donna has nearly 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. A former flight attendant, Donna has been with Martin J Wolff & Co for over 20 years. Her responsibilities with Martin J. Wolff & Co. include maintenance of the agency’s many licenses and the appointments with all the insurance carriers and for all the states in which the company does business. She manages the Life Insurance process from start to finish with our clients, and acts as our primary liaison with the Life insurance carriers. Donna also acts as our liaison for our office tech support issues.
Donna has two grown children and is the proud grandmother of a beautiful baby girl.
Receptionist
Tiffany Mills serves as the Receptionist and the “first impression” of Martin J. Wolff & Co. She is an Undergrad student majoring in Liberal Studies with a minor in Communication. Being a part of the healthcare industry has always been a passion of hers.
Director of Account Management
Karyn Freund-Pistole joined Martin J Wolff & Co. with over 20 years’ experience in the Employee Benefits industry. She began her career on the carrier side working for major dental and health insurance companies. Karyn then migrated to the Broker side of the house where she worked for a two national Brokerage firms. Karyn is responsible for the Account Management Team and specializes in both small and large employer benefit programs. She consistently looks for innovative solutions to the problems facing employers today. Karyn holds a Registered Health Underwriter designation. Karyn is married and lives in Granada Hills with her husband of 5 years.
Brian is a seasoned professional in the employee benefits and healthcare industry, having served the needs of large, mid-sized and small employer groups, as well as individuals for over 25 years. Prior to joining Martin J Wolff & Co, he was an executive for fifteen years with three of the largest insurers in the nation. Previous to that, he was in private practice in Texas, managing the Life and Benefits business for a multi-line agency. Brian has authored numerous articles in the area of employee benefits and healthcare, and a dynamic speaker who has delivered dozens of educational and inspirational talks to thousands of participants all over the country. His specialties include employee benefits, healthcare and health insurance, voluntary benefits and consumer directed healthcare for large businesses, small business and individuals.
Married since 1984 to Elda (Salcedo) Sullivan, Brian has 2 teenage daughters. Brian is a 3-time marathon finisher, volunteers with his church, sits on a non-profit board, and still plays competitive adult baseball.
